Beyond technology, His proficiency extends to being a Certified Soft Skills Trainer accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), and a certified Activity-Based Learning Experience Trainer from the International Institute of Professional Excellence (IIPE), Canada, enabling him to empower individuals with essential interpersonal and communication abilities.
